Not Included in Daily Rates:

  • Accommodation and airfare rates before and after Safari booking at Afstap Safaris
  • Shuttle transfers from and to airport. (Can be arranged at extra cost via shuttle or Air Charter)
  • Rifle hire and rifle importing permits
  • Taxidermy fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Day trips for activities (Can be arranged)
  • Gratuity fees

Cancellation Policy:

  • No refund of deposit can be made if client cancels safari after confirmation.
  • Safari can be re-booked within 3 months of cancellation notice, without forfeiting deposit paid
  • All payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer
